My P90X Transformation Video - Chris Balmert ABOUT THE VIDEO: I wanted to make it different than all the other transformation videos online. I added a Rocky-style Parody at the beginning that shows actual workout routines used during the P90X fitness program. The parody is mostly for laughs and to be different, but at the same time, it does show you what it takes to take part in P90X. After the parody, you will be able to see my results (starts at 3min 25sec). I took pictures every 15 days to document my progress through out the program. You be the judge of my results if it worked or not. MY P90X SCHEDULE: I followed the schedule like a personal bible. Mostly did my workouts in the evening hours. I started my program on a Sunday that way it was easier for me to keep up with it on a standard calendar. MY ADVICE TO NEW P90X USERS: Stick with it. Follow the schedule provided by P90X, do not just start throwing in dvds and thinking thats how its done. Another tip is to eat healthy and smart. I ate alot of foods packed with protein; tuna, peanut butter, almonds, chicken and I drank protein shakes at least 3 times a day. Be sure to "BRING IT" every single workout. If your not doing it 150%, then dont even waste your time. Also, dont be affraid to press PAUSE and finish your rep! I set my goals high, repping everything to near failure.
